Synopsis
A young man, who isn't in the best of shape, comes to rest for a few days at the house of an old friend, a writer who lives in the countryside. A mysterious appointment in Paris, made some time ago by the young man, will take them off on a journey. This round trip from grassroots France to a left-bank Paris boulevard, by car and train, by subway and blacktop, is a trip down the twisted road leading to self-acceptance.
