Synopsis
“Tirana année zero” is a truculent portrait of Albania today, a tragicomedy where love and lies rub shoulders against a backdrop of emigration. It depicts daily madness where tales of little events – inspired by reality – flow into each other and allow us to meet a gallery of colorful characters.
