Synopsis
A wealthy American young woman, Patricia, comes to spend some days at her uncle's place in Paris. A modern woman, Patricia he goes out alone and meets in a bar a pseudo-Russian prince, Wladimir, who is actually an adventurer, with two accomplices in tow. Patricia falls in love with the charming, but her father, whom the uncle has warned against Wladimir, orders his daughter to come back to New York City. She refuses and he cuts off his heiress' means of subsistence. Going for broke, Wladimir proposes to Patricia.
