Synopsis
A solicitor has a phone call from some extraterrestrials who wish to buy the Earth. Thanks to a time trick, they are able to prove that they were the original owners of the place and so demand centuries of back rent. When the world leaders turn them down, they cut off the water, gas and electricity supplies.
