Synopsis
After a 25-year marriage, a pleasant couple announce to their grown children that they intend to seek a divorce. The children are not amused. Nontheless, the two feel trapped in their routines and want greater freedom. They try a brief separation and attempt to appreciate the fruits of their freedom, but the longed-for experience proves disappointing, and they are reunited.
