Synopsis
Six session musicians, who make a living doing free-lance work, find themselves in a chateau in Normandy to prepare for a New Year's concert. But the group, assembled by double-bass player Robert (who lined up the gig) is not exactly what was initially expected.

About
"Denis Dercourt directs his actors—all excellent—with great sensitivity, never overdoing it, allowing them to benefit from his experience as a musician. None of them knew how to play an instrument before shooting began, but they perfectly execute the key gestures that make their playing seem realistic. The outcome is often funny, sometimes moving, never dull; it's a film for people who like music and musicians as well as for all those who know nothing about that scene, which they'll enjoy discovering."
(Emmanuel Dupuy, in "Diapason," March 1999)
