    Synopsis

    Sebastien is the adopted son of Antoine, who has suffered grievously (so he believes) at the hands of Americans. When Sebastien is prepared to good-naturedly withdraw his suit to marry his betrothed because she wants to marry an American lad (Keith Carradine), his father gets so angry he nearly dies.
