Synopsis
58-year-old Pierre, a prisoner of his past, has more and more difficulty with loneliness, time, the outside world, takes medication for HIV, withdraws into his apartment, the only place where he vaguely feels alright, waiting for inspiration, can’t manage to write, has a lunch date with his friend, a relationship that has lasted for thirty years, a friend who was a father, mother, bank, the friend doesn’t show… Pierre deals with the police, family, illness… Alone, confronted by himself… Pulls himself together with humor and irony… Crosses paths with an acquaintance from the bar scene at his lawyer’s… Talks about their youth… Finds renewed inspiration with his psychiatrist’s help. Accompanied by a gigolo, Pierre will at last live out a fantasy…
