The story unfolds between Chamonix Valley in France, Lake Titicaca in Bolivia, and Argentina. It pits the mercenary greed of a television producer (Farjonnes, the director of Castle TV) against the integrity of extreme sports (Xigor Copeland and his team). Fiona, a reporter-journalist working for Castle TV, is the one who brings the two sides together. For a year now, she's been hosting a monthly programme, Extreme Game, which presents extreme sports events, and emphasizes the symbiosis between man and nature. However, due to the pressure imposed by audience ratings, Farjonnes hasn't hesitated to thwart the programme's initial principle by introducing more and more stunts and gratuitous violence. Seeking sponsors for his personal projects, Xigor gets in touch with Fiona so as to negotiate a finance agreement with Castle TV. The film follows the journey of an athlete mindful of constantly perfecting his sport and realizing his dreams - no matter the cost. His ultimate aim is to sky surf and to land without a parachute. It intends to take advantage of Farjonnes to achieve his aims. But, a master of media games, the producer foils the athlete's plans, driving Xigor and his team beyond their limits. A tragedy ensues and Xigor demands a break. Farjonnes refuses to stop in the middle of such a lucrative undertaking and gets the team to gang up against each other. It's now up to whoever will accept to play this evil game against death.
