Unifrance renews its partnership with Locarno Pro. Three emerging producers will be selected as part of the Match Me! program, which will take place between August 7 and 9, 2026.
The Match Me! program enables participating producers to broaden the scope of their collaborations, relationships, and partnerships—an essential step for those who wish to understand how to navigate the exciting world of international (co-)production.
Match Me! 2026 will take place from August 7 to 9. The program features one-on-one meetings and tailored networking activities with potential partners, with the aim of strengthening relationships and mutual interests, identifying potential co-producers, and boosting producers’ international visibility.
This initiative is part of Unifrance’s support to facilitate the transition from short films to feature-length debuts.

Eligibility criteria
- The production company must be a member of Unifrance for the current year.
- Have produced or co-produced at least a few short films and no more than one feature-length fiction or documentary film.
- The producers must wish to expand their international network.
Terms and Conditions
- The partnership covers the program, four nights’ accommodation for the three selected producers, and three networking lunches organized by the festival.
- Participants are responsible for their own transportation.
- Please note: Selected producers commit to attending the entire program, all activities, and the scheduled dates (from August 7 to 9, 2026).
