The release of "Harry, He's Here to Help" has met with great critical acclaim in Germany (February 19, 2001).
The German press has applauded Dominik Moll's meticulous direction and his flawless mastery of the genre: "The filmmaker Dominik Moll has made a psychological thriller packed with suspense, of a new genre; horror is only touched upon, suspense is built up with style" (Freundin). In short, the film is considered "a great little thriller from France" (as highlighted by Bild), "written and performed with great stylistic elegance" (Der Spiegel), "from which the spectator learns about fearing oneself" (Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung). And among an avalanche of praise, we can add: "extraordinary!" (Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung), "the perfect nightmare" (Oxmox), and finally, from Freundin, "A very wicked black comedy, superbly directed. A spine-chiller of the first order!" Our German neighbors are clearly giving Harry their support!
