Synopsis
On the night of April 1st, 1944, a German military train carrying four hundred SS men derailed in a small village in northern France, following an act of sabotage by the Resistance, who had merely intended to bring a simple goods train to a standstill. In retaliation, the Waffen SS massacred 86 innocent people.
Eighty years later, the last surviving witnesses to this little-known tragedy are breaking their silence and speaking out for the first time about the horrors committed that night by the 12th SS Panzer Division, the Hitlerjugend.
