Synopsis
Au cœur du son is a journey of initiation, an artistic wandering, a kind of daydream that Marie and Lucas try to embody with visual codes, as in Murnau's Nosferatu, where without a word, the extreme attraction of the two protagonists is felt with every fiber of our beings, right up to the tragic fate that awaits them.

Sixteen-year-old Diane exists exclusively through her mother's gaze. But this intensely close bond between Diane and her mother, Sophie, is becoming increasingly problematic for the teenager. At high school, she would like to be loved like she is at home and expresses it in an awkward way like when she exchanges a favor for a look, in the toilets.
