Synopsis
In the French mountains, Maria, (15) spends her life either taking care of her father’s sled dogs or watching videos of teenagers skateboarding in L. A. One evening, she secretly follows Vincent – the guy in charge of redoing the wood shingles on the front of her house – all the way to the trailer where he lives. She finds herself mixed up in a strange traffic.

Sixteen-year-old Diane exists exclusively through her mother's gaze. But this intensely close bond between Diane and her mother, Sophie, is becoming increasingly problematic for the teenager. At high school, she would like to be loved like she is at home and expresses it in an awkward way like when she exchanges a favor for a look, in the toilets.
