Plan Bee
Synopsis
Dinh is wandering, dazed, among deserted beehives. Bees are dying on the ground.
Blix, the president of a pesticides production company, Blix R&D, plans to market a new revolutionary pesticide.
In the farm where he had lived with his wife, Dinh can no longer cope with reality that she is dead.
Blix employees begin to spray pesticides in the fields near Dinh’s farm. Định becomes enraged, and angrily orders the workers to leave.
At dusk, on a small hill amongst the swamps,Diịnh has a mystical experience: a swarm of bees land on his chest, covering his upper body, as if they are deliberately protecting him.
In town, Dinh is carrying hives and placing them on a rooftop.
He breaks into the Blix R&D lab to hide a strange bee-manipulation equipment.
He is stalking Blix. He confronts him, threatening him, and accuses him of causing his wife’s death.There is only one thing on his mind: to kill Blix.
It’s a confrontation between two men, between two very different worlds, too different to comprehend each other.
Finally the bees appear and swarm all around Blix, stinging him to death.
