The rat is a young councillor of the Republic and this morning he dashes from meeting to meeting, without a moment to himself. With a fiery temperament, suffering from mood swings, egocentric and megalomaniac, our man has the character to be a head of state! Ah yes: since the world has been the world, the rat has been a rat.
