Synopsis
It's the story of a little boy and a magic balloon. In 1950s Paris, a little boy releases a balloon that is tied to street light. To the neighborhood inhabitants' surprise, and stirring envy in other children, the red balloon follows the little boy throughout the streets of Paris.
