Synopsis
An enigmatic character, Theodore Casson is an observant gadabout, a dreamer, and a photographer. He travels by train to a small town, where he is taken in by Doctor Spielvogel and undergoes a strange transformation. While Theodore Casson writes letters to his wife, Spielvogel se begins to have misgivings about his patient.
