Synopsis
Going accross the site of the Bibliothèque Nationale de France, two men, Cotello and the colonel, undoubtedly connected by a long mysterious past, have an intense conversation and discuss about the urban landscape, engage in a singular exercise of psychogéographie behind which the imminence of some illicit action smolders.
