Synopsis
In the twenties, a small needlewoman waits for her husband gone off to war. When he returns from the front, she sews up the wounds of her husband and decides,with her needle, to repair the dammage of the post-war years. But she does not notice that her husband has changed.

Sixteen-year-old Diane exists exclusively through her mother's gaze. But this intensely close bond between Diane and her mother, Sophie, is becoming increasingly problematic for the teenager.
