Via lactea

A Short film by Nanda Fernandez-Brédillard

Production year : 2010

The Milky Way, is a whitish and vague strip, a vast heap of celestial bodies which we can observe with the naked eye, where nevertheless every spark is a universe like ours. Via lactea, is also the road formed by stars that had appeared in dreams to Charlemagne, leaving from the sea of Frieze to end in Galicia by way of the Basque country. This strip of stars became El Camino of Santiago, the road of the pilgrims towards Compostelle where rested then incognito Saint Jacques. From the galaxy to a scallop going by the Basque country, it is all this of which it is question here.
