Synopsis
On the occasion of the Fête des Voisins, Pierrot, a young janitor, tries to organize an impromptu party in the courtyard of the apartment building where he lives and works. A buffet, balloons and banners will all add to the festive mood.
The neighbors will be able to get together in a more convivial atmosphere than that of the elevator, stairwell, or a stormy annual meeting between co-owners.
Even the mayor will honor the party with his presence. Before it even gets started, the balloons are already bursting.
