Synopsis
The daybreaks on a district of a Paris region. Carl, a young West Indian man, goes out with his rucksack on his shoulder, heads off to the local police station where he is going to do his his first day as police officer. To make the job easier for him, the police chief affects him with Alain, a West Indian of about fifty years with a strong character and with fixed ideas.
