Synopsis
This film presents different aspects of the work carried out by home helpers for the elderly in the Parisian high-rise suburb of Bobigny. As time goes by, a complicity forms between the home helpers from a variety of origins (Cap-Vert, Portugal, Maghreb, France) and the elderly who have their own culture. The film hence tackles thorny problems such as racism, the death of an elderly client and how the home helper copes with the grief this causes.
