Synopsis
A big communication company is obliged to hire a supplementary handicaped person. The CEO and his service managers discuss the problem without succeeding in agreeing on the service to which should be allocated this new employment. In turns of role, the managers try to meanly get rid of the problem, until Nathalie, the discreet secretary of the CEO, stands out in an unexpected way as an effective and human representative for the disabled persons.

Sixteen-year-old Diane exists exclusively through her mother's gaze. But this intensely close bond between Diane and her mother, Sophie, is becoming increasingly problematic for the teenager.
