Synopsis
“Back then, love meant driving your children away.”
So begins the story that an elderly man records for his son who left some time ago and now lives in the United States.
After having hesitated for a long time, the man finally decides to talk about an event forever engraved on his memory: the strange spectacle of a father and his young son in a train that was taking them to the camps. And above all the extraordinary determination of the man to make use of each moment to transmit to his son the essential things that would make of him a man.
