Biography
Jean-Claude Rozec was introduced to animation techniques while studying French Literature at the Université Rennes 2, through various workshops and internships. His first films were self-produced (Chevaliers, with Julien Leconte, and The Perfect Weapon), before going on to work as a storyboard artist, animator, and stop-motion and 2D designer for many television series. He has directed four short films since 2009: Têtard (produced by A perte de Vue), Monstre Sacré (produced by JPL Films), Cul de bouteille [Specky Four-Eyes] and La Maison de poussière [The House of Dust], produced by Vivement Lundi!), which have won numerous awards at international film festivals.
