The Tampere Film Festival, which also hosts a Film Market, is renowned as one of Northern Europe's major short film festivals.
This year, the festival celebrates its 40th anniversary from March 10 through 14. Some 30,000 spectators and 800 industry professionnals are expected to attend the event to discover a carefully selected program of films presented in its various competitions and special sections. 11 films will represent France this year, including 9 titles in the International Competition.
