Unifrance welcomes the European Producers' Club.

Yesterday, May 20, 55 members of the European Producers' Club accepted Unifrance's invitation to meet together at Club Unifrance to take part in a symposium.
After re-electing Jean Cazes as President of the Club and welcoming new members of the Board of Directors, the new Production Aid Department – which will be accessible to members within a few months – was presented.
Richard Miller, Belgium's Minister for the Arts and Audiovisual Industries, presented a plan for a European television channel dedicated to European cinema, a project that attracted considerable interest from attendees.
Dutch and German producers also presented the subject of tax shelter systems.
The symposium closed with a cocktail party, giving non-members the opportunity to find out about the operations of the European Producers' Club.
