Synopsis
In the early 90’s, Washington DC was the deadliest city in the US. Crime was rampant and gangs were fighting a bloody war to gain control of the drug trade. To dismantle these criminal groups, the Washington PD setup special units of undercover agents. Dale Sutherland, policeman and pastor, was one of those agents.
