Biography
Born in 1970 in Karlsruhe (Germany), Miriam Hollstein studied Journalism and French at the Free University of Berlin and Cinematography at the University of Montreal (Canada). In 1998, she wrote her master thesis about „The representation of Jesus Christ in the movies“. She is currently working as political correspondent for the nationwide German newspaper „DIE WELT“. She writes frequently on movies, especially the French and the German cinema.
