The Suicide Shop nominated for the EFA Young Audience Award

The three films contending for the award will be screened simultaneously in eight European cities to young juries.

The European Film Academy reveals the three films nominated for the 2013 EFA Young Audience Award:

  • The Suicide Shop by Patrice Leconte (France)
  • UPSIDEdown by Bernd Sahling (Germany)
  • The Zigzag Kid by Vincent Bal (Netherlands)

On May 5, the three films will screened simultaneously in Copenhagen (Denmark), Erfut (Germany), Izola (Slovenia), London (United Kingdom), Sofia (Bulgaria), Turn (Italy), La Valette (Malta), and Wroclaw (Poland).

A jury of adolescents (12-14 years old) will choose the winner at the end of the screening.
