The short film selection has already been announced and French productions have a strong presence at the next Annecy International Animation Film Festival, a major cinema event attracting industry professionals from around the world, which will take place this year from June 12 through 17.

The next edition of the Annecy International Animation Film Festival will take place from June 12 through June 17 in the Venice of the French Alps, and UniFrance will be at the MIFA (the film market) to support French artists.

This year two new competitions have been created, "Perspectives" and "Young Audiences." China is this year's country of honor and a panorama of Chinese films will presented, along with an exhibition of works and installations at the frontier of contemporary art and animation.

The announcement about the feature films chosen for the official selection is impatiently awaited and will be revealed at the end of April.
