14th Franco-German Film Meetings to be held in Saarbrücken

UniFrance and German Films are once again joining forces to organize the 14th Franco-German Film Meetings, which will take place this year in the German city of Saarbrücken on November 22 and 23, after being held last year in Marseilles.

Hosted by UniFrance in partnership with the CNC and the FFA, the Franco-German Film Meetings will present a program of debates, presentations, and panel discussions that focus this year will on the following themes: financing for independent European films, the single digital market, and the future of film distribution and exhibition. Discussions will also be organized on specific case studies in the production and distribution sectors.

A co-production market will be held as part of the Film Meetings, giving a selection of French and German producers an opportunity to present projects in search of co-production partners with the aim of completing their funding.

This 14th Franco-German Film Meetings will be held in Saarbrücken (110 minutes from Paris by train) over two days on November 22 and 23.
