French films enthusiastically received by US critics

New York Times film critic Stephen Holden listed "Humanity", "Beau Travail" and "Human Resources" amongst his Top Ten choice for 2000. Claire Denis’ "Beau Travail" also ranked high in two other surveys published in Village Voice (50 American critics) and Film Comment (40 critics).
