Abbas Kiarostami will present an honorary Golden Alexander to Isabelle Huppert for the sum of her work in the movie industry at the upcoming Thessaloniki International Film Festival.

The Thessaloniki Film Festival is a competitive international film festival for first and second feature films. It is supported by the national media and Greek distributors, who take advantage of the event to hold preview screenings of films scheduled for upcoming release in the country.

Some forty French films are acquired in Greece each year.
