Synopsis
A police inspector more because he loves it than because it's his job, Lucien Marquet, 35, nicknamed Lulu, spends his nights and days sniffing out clues that might lead to solving cases. While most of his colleagues are home watching TV with their families, Lulu prefers hanging out in seedy squats of Paris looking for leads or with his "cousins" from Zaire. 13 years of working with the public at the 7th Division of the Investigative branch haven't dimmed his rookie-cop enthusiasm despite the thousand little hassles he has to cope with from a completely petrified administration. Then one day, sticking to an opinion against that of a superior officer, Lucian Marquet, without any further ado, is transferred to a neighborhood precinct where he is relegated to pushing a pencil around a desk...
