Synopsis
In Rennes, Sophie Ricard and Patrick Bouchain, architects and city planners, experiment with a new way of responding to the needs the city and its inhabitants. Around the Pasteur building, a huge, abandoned site, they provoke and coordinate a multitude of activities by citizens, for citizens, giving rise to needs and desires. Between support and opposition, doubts and questions, a strange story begins.
