On a remote plateau in the Gorges du Verdon, Maguy has been making goat cheese for 40 years, respecting nature and her animals.
She is about to retire and needs to sell her herd. She hence decides to sponsor Anne-Sophie, a young farmer who wants to set up a farm nearby.
As the seaons go by, the transmission process turns out to be a painful letting go for one and a hard learning process for the other.
