Synopsis
The mayor of a small village in Provence wishes at all costs to gain the big competition "Villages and Traditions". An inhabitant wonders why there is no crackpot in the village as tradition would have it . Seizing up this idea, and so, thinking of winning the competition, the mayor is going to do everything to find an inhabitant to play the crackpot's role.
