In 1978, the GAR, a small Swiss revolutionary group, attack a bank in a Zurich suburb. Through the intervention of a Chilean camarade, employed as a cleaning lady by the bank, the group learns that an agent of the Paraguayan dictatorship has been bringing money into Zurich. The GAR kidnap the agent and make off with several million francs. An art school student films the entire operation with one of the first video cameras.
