Synopsis

Hippolyte (Bourvil) is a somewhat dimwitted man, who must obtain a high-school diploma before he can inherit an inn. But the scheming aunt, who should have inherited the lot, isn't ready to admit defeat: she decides to use her pretty daughter (Bardot) to prevent Hippolyte from getting his degree...
