Synopsis
The Albanian government has just passed a law allowing married prisoners to meet their spouses once a month for sexual relations. Elsa therefore goes to Tirana on the allotted date to meet her husband who has been incacerated for unpaid rent. Sheptin also goes there to be with his wife, jailed for fraud. Elsa and Sheptin cross paths, two solitary people who find comfort with each other.
