Synopsis
Every five years, French army pharmacies distribute to all the pharmacies in France tablets of Potassium chloride, a vital remedy in case of a nuclear mishap. The hierarchy of the distribution channel calls for supplying first women and children. The others can patiently wait, terrified, or they can place a bid, pay the highest price. Because in the middle of a nuclear panic, everything is allowed.
