30-year-old Alexandra gets ready to spend summer vacation by the seaside with his family. Just when she's about to set out, she learns that her mother has also invited her ex-boyfriend, along with his new gorgeous, young girlfriend. In a café, she crosses paths with an out-of-work actor. He's nice, funny: she immediately employs him to play the role of her boyfriend. That way, no-one will be able to harp on about how she still hasn't settled down yet and she'll also be able to be calm about seeing her ex.
