Synopsis
At the beginning of the 21st century, a group of dropouts decides to form a terrorist commando…
After losing his job, Artemio, a young knife-sharpener, is saved from desperation by Dino who invites him to join a terrorist gang with hazy objectives. In the gang he meets Bragueton, an unemployed soldier, Domingo Acevedo, an inveterate gambler recently dumped by his wife, Don Bachetta, a retired anarchist obsessed with libertarian utopia, and Eva, a young Frenchwoman with whom he falls madly in love.
Love and friendship help maintain illusions, but all too soon passions flare up among the members of the group, revealing the darker side to human nature and the ineffectiveness of collective action.
