Synopsis
Two kids keep running away, a boy and a girl, brother and sister, around twelve years old. Joseph and Chloe. Two lost kids, abandoned at birth.
Chloe doesn’t speak, she exists in some other world and hates being touched. She constantly draws pictures of the same house. She also walks straight ahead, a strange smile on her face, as though she’s heading toward an exact destination.
As for Joseph, he organizes the escapes, then follows his sister, protects her, sure that she’s seeking out their parents’ house. He believes that she’ll find it, and that once they’re there, her aim achieved, she’ll be cured.
That’s Joseph’s dream: to have a home, a family, a sister with whom he can communicate and play… A sister who can reciprocate some of the intense love he feels for her.
