The Red Siren

The Red Siren

A Feature film by Olivier Megaton

Produced by Haut et Court

Release in France : 21/08/2002

    Synopsis

Paris. 12-year-old Alice goes to the police with a DVD which she claims shows a murder committed by her mother, Eva. After viewing it, Inspector Anita Staro is not sure whether she can believe what she has seen. Her boss is reluctant to accuse the powerful, well-connected Eva Kristensen of anything.
Eva dispatches bodyguards to snatch her daughter. Terrified, Alice escapes from the station and flees, Eva's thugs hot on her heels.
Hugo Toorop, an assassin working for the anti-fascist action group Liberty Bell, is in the city, lying low after his latest mission. Purely by chance, Alice hides in his car.
Eva's men see them drive off together.
