Synopsis
Marie-Line is in charge of the cleaning department in a supermarket.
She runs an all-women, mainly-immigrant team. Everything would lead us to believe that Marie-Line and her employees have nothing in common. She is obsessive about work well done and runs a positively tight ship.
And yet a close relationship forms between Marie-Line and her staff. The woman hiding within the tough-guy boss demeanor is brought out of her shell through the contact with the other women around her.
