Synopsis

The Soeur brothers didn't invent cinema (that was the Lumière brothers). So what? That won't stop them from making movies. They've churned out a screenplay that no one wants. It's thicker than "War and Peace," more convoluted than "Remembrance of Things Past" and less coherent than a Dadaist manifesto. They hang around at a party where they weren't invited, blackmail a producer no one's heard of, kidnap a screenwriter no longer connected to the scene. The Soeur brothers are misunderstood geniuses (or so they think). If they carry on like this, they run the risk of staying that way…
